Abstract
-          this article deals with psychological and non-discursive dimensions and their significance and effect on investment and manager’s decisions discursive approaches; like methods used in traditional economics and even in neo_classicals , explain that , investors and managers , logically , try to maximize their demands. but non_discursive approaches; like the effect of individuals’ excitements , their sense of possession , their perception , their moral and cultural background and also some aspects of social psychology , could have deep influence on their decision making and performance . it’s been along time that the empirical researchers in financial and accounting areas, distinguish the effect of , above non_discursive factors on accounting and financial issues . despite the traditional and neoclassical theories of economics , refuse to deal with perceptional and psychological areas; they explain that non_discursive factors have significant influence on financial and management decisions.
