This study examines the relationship between financial flexibility And Financial policy of listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Tehran. Financial flexibilityis explained through five variables of Growth opportunities, Profitability ratios, the effective tax rate, spread And assests liquidity intensity of Operations. Also, fiscal financial policy is measured through the distribution of Dividends, financial Leverage and cash holdings. The earned results by using of Information from listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during 2004 to 2013 is showed that there is a negative relationship among the Variables of Financial flexibility (exception of the effective tax rate) And the distribution of Dividends. Also, there is a negative Relationship among the Variable of financial Flexibility (Profitability Ratios andliquidity intensity of assets) and financial Leverage. Finally, The results show that there is positive relationship among the Variables of financial flexibility (Profitability Ratios, spread and Assests Liquidity) and cash holdings.
