Firstly, according to the agency and stakeholder theory that explain the management's motivation for performing corporate social responsibility activities, corporate goals for providing social responsibility activities are typically diverse. Therefore, it is difficult to identify investors' indices to predict the required returns based on the resources allocated to social responsibility activities. Secondly, resources devoted to corporate social responsibility activities are invisible, because the costs of these activities are usually compounded by sales, public and administrative costs. There is also not enough information for investors to measure resources spent on social responsibility activities. As respects to providing information about the expected earnings of a company has an impact on stakeholder decision-making it is expected that companies that are committed to social responsibility indicators In order to respond to shareholders and other stakeholders, in anticipation of earnings, they have the necessary and sufficient accuracy in order to protect the rights of stakeholders and minimize their bias and personal judgments in predicting profit. Finally, the Intensity of corporate social responsibility activities reduces the ability of investors to predict future earnings and determining the company's corporate social responsibility costs by selling, public and administrative costs reduces the ability of investors to predict future earnings.}, keywords = {ethics,social responsibility,Earning Forecasting,Cross-Organizational Ethics}, title_fa = {مروری نظری بر نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت (اخلاق فراسازمانی) در پیش‌بینی سود توسط سرمایه‌گذاران}, abstract_fa = {هدف این تحقیق مروری نظری بر نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت (اخلاق فراسازمانی) در پیشبینی سود توسط سرمایهگذاران میباشد که ادبیات موضوع را با بررسی دو دلیل که ممکن است توانایی سرمایه‌گذاران برای پیش‌بینی سود آینده را کاهش دهد، بسط میدهد. اولاً، با توجه به نظریههای نمایندگی و ذینفعان که انگیزه مدیریت برای انجام فعالیتهای مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتها را توضیح میدهند، اهداف شرکت‌ها برای ارائه فعالیتهای مسئولیت اجتماعی به‌طور معمول متنوع میباشد؛ بنابراین مشخص نمودن شاخصهای سرمایهگذاران برای پیش‌بینی میزان بازده مورد نیاز براساس منابع اختصاص یافته به فعالیت‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی، دشوار است. ثانیاً، منابع اختصاص یافته به فعالیتهای مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتها غیرقابل مشاهده هستند، زیرا هزینههای این فعالیتها معمولاً با فروش، هزینه‌های عمومی و اداری جمع میشود؛ همچنین اطلاعات کافی برای سرمایه‌گذاران به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری منابع صرف شده در فعالیتهای مسئولیت اجتماعی وجود ندارد. با توجه به این‌که ارائه اطلاعات در رابطه با سودهای پیشبینی شده شرکت، بر تصمیم‌گیری ذینفعان تأثیرگذار است انتظار می‌رود شرکت‌هایی که نسبت به رعایت شاخصهای مسئولیت اجتماعی اقدام میکنند، در راستای توجه به پاسخگویی به سهامداران و سایر ذینفعان، در پیشبینی سود دقت لازم و کافی را در جهت حفظ حقوق ذینفعان داشته باشند و جانب‌داری و قضاوتهای شخصی خود را در پیشبینی سود به حداقل برسانند. در نهایت، شدت فعالیت‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت، توانایی سرمایه‌گذاران برای پیش‌بینی سود آتی را کاهش میدهد و تعیین هزینههای مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت توسط هزینههای فروش، عمومی و اداری، باعث کاهش توانایی سرمایه‌گذاران برای پیش‌بینی سود آتی میشود.}, keywords_fa = {اخلاق,مسئولیت اجتماعی,پیش‌بینی سود,اخلاق فراسازمانی}, url = {https://www.iaaaas.com/article_112772.html}, eprint = {https://www.iaaaas.com/article_112772_6dd8d9a82913506be34a43f5e363fd1d.pdf} }
